这段时间win7一直不能更新了， 提示错误 "Windows update cannot currently check for updates because the service is not running. You may need to restart your computer."
重启不管用，还报一样的错，具体解决办法：
1. 停止windows update service 这个服务
2. 清空C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution 这个文件下的所有内容
3. 重启
注： 可能同样适用于windows2008或其他系统，未测试！
