mysql 服务器已启动 端口开启仍无法连接的解决方法

权限已设置：

#mysql>grant all on *.* to user@ip_addr identified by 'userpwd';

端口也已打开：

#netstat -tlnp |grep mysql
tcp        0      0 0.0.0.0:3306            0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN      9929/mysqld

但是在windows下telnet端口始终连不上

解决方法是：

  注释掉配置文件中的bind_address

#
# Instead of skip-networking the default is now to listen only on
# localhost which is more compatible and is not less secure.
#bind-address        = 127.0.0.1
