[english] catch a break or get a break

从词面上来讲，看起来有休息一下的意思。但是一般认为是有点好运气之类的说法。BBC有文章就是这样使用的：

Why do some people get all the luck while others never get the breaks they deserve? A psychologist says he has discovered the answer.

而经常的说法，就是

Why can't I catch a break?

大意就是：为瞎米我老是这么火背？
