Fluxbox:
*Does some initial configuring of your conf files so you have your programs in the meny etc.
*Configuring is easy with prgms but somewhat shattered.
*Comes with a panel thats easy to configure. The fluxbox themes also automatically theme the panel, making it fit in nicely.
*Resizing windows are'nt as natural as I would like (only bottom handle change size)
Openbox:
*Comes
with almost blank configurefiles. Copy the defaults to your
homedirectory to modify them. 3 files: menu, autostart and rc. And they
are easy to understand.
*Install obconf and openbox is easely configured.
*Does'nt have a panel so you need to install one, and theme it to fit your desktop.
*Naturall interface, feels more slim and natural.
两者都支持中文，再说一下blackbox，这个好像已经停止开发了
