ubuntu10.04 eclipse安装插件问题解决

在Ubuntu10.04中安装eclipse插件时候经常会出现如下错误：

The artifact file for osgi.bundle,org.eclipse.cvs,1.0.400.v201002111343 was not found.

解决办法：
sudo apt-get install eclipse-pde
