遇到的问题：
1.new project 中没有 Dynamic Web Project
原因：少了几个J2EE还有web的开发包
安装以下几个包。 Help--->Instal New Software -->Helios
- Eclipse Java EE Developer Tools
- Eclipse Java Web Developer Tools
- Eclipse Web Developer Tools
- Eclipse XML Editors and Tools
2.安装Maven时出错

离线安装包：
在dropins目录下创建文件夹maven3
把解压出的features目录和plugins目录放到dropins下的maven3里就可以了，不用link方式。
测试
windows--首选项中有Maven
注意，这里如果你没有在Step1中安装Java EE的包，可能还是看不见Maven。
3.Target Runtime找不到东西
第一次打开。 里面只有Java EE的runtime,没有我们要的。我这里想装一个tomcat的runtime.
