Three Korean engineers came to Hangzhou this week.Only one of them can speak English,but the one speak very hard English.
Also my CTO, our Software Manager communicated with Korean engineers ,they all cannot speak good English.They can hardly speak a whole sentence this afternoon.It cannot be imagined.I remember I have ever seen they read so many English emails from Saint Diego every day!
Most people can write and read English, but they can not speak English.
