Wang Xingbo, a 22-year-old junior from Communication University of China, says he can't live without his new Nokia all-in-one handset, even for a single day. So I tagged along with him to see just how it has changed his life.
When Wang wakes up every morning at 7:30, he turns on the Nokia N70 handset resting beside his pillow. Two smiling faces appear on the screen - a picture he took at a gathering with friends.
"I can't bring a digital camera with me every moment of every day. It is too heavy and too large to carry in my poket. This phone helps me to take funny pictures everywhere I do," Wang said.
During a break between classes later that day, Wang began reading a novel he downloaded from the web and transferred to his phone. "This is convenient for killing time between classes or eating in the canteen. I can also surf the Internet, although this feature is a bit slow and expensive at the moment."
