(1) Install the
foundation of the main bearing on the gasket unit and make it to the specified
elevation by spacer. The spacer should be produced by the measured size to avoid
the use of multilayer spacer.
(2) Press the main bearing foundation light by
the foundation bolt.
(3) The allowable deviation on levelness of the main
bearing foundation is 0.05/300 in any direction. It is allowed that the center
is a bit higher than both ends in the length direction of the main bearing
foundation (that is to say, the center bulge can be 0.2mm while the center
sinking is not allowed by any way). The elevation allowance of the two main
bearing foundation surfaces is 0.5mm, and the discharge end should be lower than
the feed end. The axial distance allowance of the two main bearing foundations
is no more than 1mm. The relative elevation allowance of the two main bearing
foundations is no more than 0.5mm, and the feed end must be higher than the
discharge end.
(4) Fasten the foundation bolt and revise the levelness once
more.
(5) Grout to the main bearing foundation. The mortar is recommended to
be portion cement with two portions of clean sand. The water weight is no more
than half of the cement weight. The grouted mortar should be tampped and avoid
the bubble. The mortar surface should be higher than the main bearing foundation
surface.
